Former Brewery, Exeter

A former brewery complex, this brick building was used as offices before GJR gained planning approval to develop the site into two phases of apartment accommodation, including conversions as well as new build elements centered around landscape and parking court areas. Phase 1 was built and completed with the first 14 apartments. Phase 2 was completed in 2017.
