Office Building, Exeter

Facing Exeter Cathedral, this building stands in a prominent location within Cathedral Yard. Previously used as a solicitors office over 5 floors, our brief was to remodel the Grade II listed property. This included providing a retail space (currently an Art Gallery) at the ground floor, with residential apartments created on the other floors. Historic interior features of the building included a fully mirrored room, which was incorporated into one of the new apartments.
