Apartments at Hotel, Torquay

Redevelopment of the ‘Arena’ building at the Palace Hotel and Cottage site adjacent to the hotel to create 137 luxury open market residential apartments in two principal buildings. These will include secure underground parking facilities and feature landscape areas as well as on site private gym and cafe facilities.
