Churchinford

The scheme comprises 20 new detached, semi detached and terraced cottages in a range of styles and sizes from 1 to 4 beds. The cottages are to be 2 storey with some thatched properties incorporating low eaves located at strategic locations within the layout to suit the street scene. A range of house types and sizes will be used to provide variety and changes in massing and in use of materials including ridge and eaves heights throughout the scheme.
