Located on the edge of Dartmoor with views across the local Tor, this development of former mining buildings was developed to create four large luxury dwellings. Each dwelling was super-insulated, with triple glazed windows and utilized wood burning stoves to take advantage of the on-site tree plantation. The design included on-site handcrafted timber cladding, oak timbers and doors, detailed stone masonry and intricate slate tile roofing.
