Former Workhouse, Tiverton

This former workhouse in the centre of Tiverton had been left in a derelict state after vacation by the NHS. GJR persuaded English Heritage to allow the demolition of the Grade II Infirmary in order to provide stone to repair and convert the highly significant main range and subsidiary buildings to houses and apartments.
